A loan agreement for the “Strengthening Economic Management and Governance Program,” amounting to Euro 96.10 million (equivalent to USD 100 million), was signed on April 22, 2025, in Washington D.C, USA. The agreement was made between the Government of the People’s Republic of Bangladesh and the OPEC Fund for International Development (OFID)
